1. Core Concept: Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

Our platform is an interface and configuration tool. Users must provide and use their own third-party API keys (e.g., OpenAI API Key). We strongly advise you to set strict spending limits (hard limits) within your third-party API provider's dashboard.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the minimal amount of information necessary:

  • Account Information: Your email address and encrypted password for authentication.
  • API Credentials: Your provided API keys (these are encrypted at rest, but please read the security disclaimer below).
  • Chat History & Configs: Your Agent configurations and conversational data.

3. Security Disclaimer (IMPORTANT)

While we implement reasonable technical encryption and security measures, we absolutely do not guarantee that your data or API keys are 100% safe from cyberattacks or data breaches.

We shall not be held liable for any financial losses or third-party API bills resulting from the theft, leakage, or unauthorized use of your API key due to hacks, system vulnerabilities, or force majeure. You agree that providing your API key to this platform is done entirely at your own risk.

4. Sensitive Information Warning

Do not input highly sensitive information (e.g., passwords, SSNs, credit card details, or trade secrets) into your chats or system prompts. We are not responsible for any consequences if such sensitive information is leaked from our platform.

5. Data Retention & Loss

We are not obligated to store your data permanently. We are not liable for any loss of chat history or Agent configurations due to system crashes, server migrations, or service termination. Please back up your own important data.
