Welcome to LadleAgent ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Core Service: Bring Your Own Key (BYOK)

We strictly provide a user interface, chat storage, and agent management system. We do not provide underlying AI inference capabilities. You must supply your own third-party API key. You are solely responsible for complying with the Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policies of your chosen API provider.

2. Absolute Disclaimer of Warranties (AS-IS)

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall LadleAgent be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This explicitly includes, but is not limited to, any massive API bills or financial losses incurred due to the theft, leakage, or misuse of your API key while using our platform.

3. Liability for Content

You are 100% legally responsible for the prompts you input and the content generated by the AI. We act solely as a UI client and assume no liability for illegal, infringing, inaccurate, or harmful outputs generated by the AI. If your third-party API account is suspended due to your usage, we are not responsible.

4. Right to Terminate

To prevent system abuse, we reserve the absolute right to throttle, suspend, or terminate your account, or to completely shut down the platform at any time, without any prior notice or explanation.

5. Intellectual Property

We own the platform's code, design, and features. However, you retain rights to your specific agent configurations and generated chat content, subject to your API provider's respective terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
